I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the value for money was exceptional, especially compared to other options in the area. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive - the room was clean and well-maintained, with its own bathroom and balcony. Lastly, the location was perfect as it was a short walk to the beach and also situated near a children's park with various entertainment machines.
Everything was great, nothing could be improved.

The room was well-priced and comfortable. the location was convenient, just a short walk to the beach and nearby attractions. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who offered me a complimentary beverage upon arrival.
The hot water in the shower was intermittent and the room could have been cleaner. parking was limited and I had to find a spot on the street.

Clean and well-equipped room, friendly staff, great location near the beach and marshrutka stop. The hotel was a great find for a last minute summer trip. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the fact that there was a washing machine available. The hosts were very friendly and even offered us coffee during check-in. The hotel's location was fantastic, as it was only a short walk to the beach and the marshrutka stop.
There was nothing I didn't like. This hotel exceeded my expectations and provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at a guest house that surpassed my expectations. the location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach and even closer to the children's park with its various entertainment machines. It was great to have something fun for the kids nearby. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Lastly, the rooms were clean, spacious, and had their own private bathrooms. It was evident that attention to detail was a priority here.
No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a lovely location near the beach. The rooms were comfortable and quiet with a beautiful view. The hotel also had its own bathrooms in the rooms, which was a great convenience. Additionally, the hotel was situated close to a children's park with various entertainment machines for children. It was the perfect place for families to enjoy their summer holidays. I will definitely visit again next time, and I 100% recommend it.

The budget-friendly accommodation was ideally located where we could easily reach the marshrutka spot. It was also quite close to the beach, making it convenient for us. the room was clean, and we were provided with all necessary equipment. the hosts were incredibly hospitable and made us feel at home.
Parking was a bit challenging as we had to park on the street.

The room was quite cozy and the bed was comfortable, perfect for a romantic getaway. The location was also great, close to the beach and some nice restaurants. We also appreciated the balcony with a nice view.
the Wi-Fi signal was weak and unreliable. It was also quite noisy at night due to the street traffic.
